Why not get a good good kitchen knife if you can afford it? There are obviously so many kitchen knives on the market in today’s day and age that it would seem implausible that some one of any means whatsoever could end up not getting some decent knives to cook with in their kitchen. Although kitchen knives are a pretty durable good that lasts a long time if they are of a fair quality so you might end up having some rather old knives that still do the job. The thing is though that I do not care for old knives as much if they have wooden handles because they tend to start rotting and falling apart if they have been exposed to a lot of moisture from washing over the years, and especially if they have gone through the dish washer, which is not recommended for most kitchen knives.l
